I hate being typekilled, but I hated the anti-tk mutator even more, because big balloons on people's head were distracting and also people abused that system, suddenly typing when they were about to die.
I think if people need to talk, they need to find cover, if in the middle of a fight, you stop and start chatting, you therefore forfeit the fight and should be shot. If you give people the ability to escape a fight, they will abuse it.
I think DJ's on to something though.. with the projectile, and player distances form the typing player. Perhaps if "T" was only allowed to function when the player is away from both things. This way...
-It is safe to talk, and the player can not use this to their advantage in a fight.
-Players can not blame their deaths on "BU-BU-BUT I WAS TYPING" as the mutator will simply not allow them to type whilst players/projectiles are near by.
-I'm sure their's more.. but this is actually sounding quite promising so far.
