If I'm not much mistaken, which I probably am, there was dx since late 2000. It's been 8 years so forgive my memory. There was the pre-version of dx (the one before this one) back then, and that was some fucked up metabolic end product.

Nah, I think it was the initial release, then the bug fixes came. Believe it or not DX was actually buggier than it is now.
