yes, but as config variables, so it is possible to define set of own 8 masterservers in deusex.ini

I did some quick tests. There were no freezing or waiting if certain masterserver was offline. But anyway, extensive testing is needed, because high reliability of the mod has to be achieved.

Once we have sorted this out putting up a server with a download link as a Deus Ex Update in the server list might alert some less savvy current players to update, before GS goes down. Advise as part of the installer if they plan to host to install nepthys version 1.4 in the case of uplink, which can be downloaded from Zora's website.
