Thought Id put some shots up of the map Im making, Its a map from Half Life 2 Deathmatch so not thought up by me but I thought It would be pretty playable so decided to make it. Will be relighting and re texturing 50% of what you see in these pictures.

It will be completed by Monday I think, there's parts I'm trying to do which are proving hard to make look good because of the complete lack of decent floor lofter but I'll make do I guess...

Nice railings and the shadows from them will be nice too. The shadows above the striplights look good.

Textures look ok to me, well-chosen and all fitting together, lighting it with the HL2 feel looks difficult, the interiors seem lit mainly through the windows in the HL2 map, so I'm looking forwards to seeing how you do this and make it look good, with that spotlight/skylight feel. Looks great so far, gg.

Thanks for the words Shadow, I am all for source lighting as I hate light without any light sources. Its going to be the more difficult part of finishing it up for sure I may even ask someone to have a look for me as Its not my strongest point. I'll give it my best though :)

Well I don't think you have to copy the lighting as such, the shadows from the railings are nice...
