Yes. Not sure where to find it though, it doesn't seem to be on the Alpha/DX network archive thingy (http://download.deusexnetwork.com).

OK so I found tacticalbeta0-8 for you on my old PC. Not sure if it's the latest version of Tactical or not! but it's all I can find atm from 16 GB's of unsorted Deus Ex files I have! Hope it's what your looking for you bro :-D

Like I said It's the only version I have of Tactical atm so your lucky you have it especially if you cant find it on the web! Unless you have a server mod to auto apply the weapons in a your server to all maps hosted... you will have to add them manually in UnrealED to each map you host!

As requested, here is the bark mutator. It uses the barks from single player so if you have a MP only version of DX you might need DeusExConAudioAIBarks.u.
