Even the police said he's loopy and off his head we couldnt understand him he was that fucked up from drugs he made no sense. Had to interview him in court when he was sober and thats when he stated my girl sexually assaulted him... Go figure, the bloke is off his head

This kid needs help, who pesters a mother and her child, definitely screwed up in that case, I've had trouble with neighbors before, nothing too bad but even then they usually when to cooperate and where the limits are, this guy has not even that much sense.
