Little lam i made its just a dmg modifier "does less dmg" might be useful.

there's already been made one with less damage, I remember it from last year. Not sure where it was used, maybe a tnag server? Could be altfire?

Edit: A lot of servers came to my mind for some reason: [A], R2K, FGS, donno which one was it

I'm sure it works i only changed the dmg from 50 to 25 then recompiled...
I thought about changing the mesh though

Yea, it's part of the ArxGenus mod. It needed to be lowered to keep the balance.

If time were no object, I would go further and make it impossible to throw gas , emp or lam at a teleporter destination room or exit... similar to Spawnrooms on Bowens.

What's the point in creating a damage modifier for the lam when there is augs to defend against it's blast? Seeing that lams normally only feature in gametypes with augmentations a damage modifier is unnecessary

There are other types of DX besides classic atdm.
Classic atdm is about aug management and tactics for streaking mainly.

DX to most people, is not about augmentation.
DX is about humanity, decision-making, philosophy, non-lethal victory,
about a coup d'etat in the United States, about anti-terrorism etc...
about a game which is like CS, but more clever, interactive and interesting.

To me DX is about Stealth

1. Night maps

2. Backdoors, vents, alternative routes

3. NY, Paris, KongKong, California, Nevada.
