That's a patch that disables the beeping when chat messages are incoming.

Nice, But somewhat i like beep sounds, but can be useful in somewhat... real fights or some serious matter where you only have to hear your enemy closely :P

Well, perhaps it's an excuse not to answer but in my opinion, it's up to everyone else if he wants to chat in game or not.
I could also have done it to remove chat messages completely, I think, but perhaps that would have been too radical. :shock:

This patch was made on an [FGS] member's request and keeping it private had no point. Noone's forced to install it.

The first day I installed this some annoying spammer decided to spam, and it was complete bliss not hearing the annoying sound that the little **** was trying to annoy people with.
