Carcass Mesh [Download] (Update 3/3) - Postby atrey65789 » 01 Mar 2013, 19:52


Here are some additive carcass meshes to add to maps, use them for deco or whatever.

Each mesh is under a class... you can find them under MJ12TroopCarcass.


Currently Includes:

2 Lying-on-ground Carcasses (3/1)
1 Sitting-in-Chair Carcass (3/2)
1 Eaten-by-zombie Carcass (3/3)
3 Scientist Carcasses (3/3)

Note: Some of the vertices are kinda screwy.

With the sitting carcass, you have to manually add it to the map via UnrealEd.
You cannot summon it. When you add it to the map, you must position it in a chair,
and set its chairtag to whatever the chair's tag is that it is sitting in. if you don't, it will
delete itself.

I like it, it would be cool to have civilian meshes too, like imagine DXMP_CS-Office with dead hostages, adding to the story.

Wow.

I guess I can reskin the slumped sitting MJ12 troop to be a scientist like Half-Life?

This will be really good for WW2 I think.

Maybe points for giving them med?

Giving them points? Should it be like modified AI to where they can get injured and just lay there until someone heals them?

Just an idea. And the first guy really reminds me of the Half-Life: Uplink level after you have sent the message.

What other carcasses would you recommend? some dead on walls? some more on the ground? WAIIITT THESE WOULD BE GREAT FOR UNDEAD REVOLUTION ;O

I can make a few of those, yeah. As you can see in the first photo, there are one that is shown twice... one on the wall, and on the ground.

good ideas. People who have lost body parts, definitely and the gasping one sounds great. A person sitting in a chair, but they are slumped forwards, head twisted, as if slumped over a desk.


Can the mapper reskin them or do we need to ask you for specific skins?
