what about a phenom x4 at 3.40 ghz? I cannot find another dedicated for $30 with a better cpu. the only thing is with dedicated, unless we get some more people wanting servers and paying, its kind of a waste of money

also does using minimtl cause my server to send at mass email or start mining bitcoin?? plz respond
