I found this on one of the old DX fan sites - its used as a direct address link to a server, booting up DX and entering the server, bypassing all of those annoying GUI interfaces...

Moop's archive has it in, but I couldn't be bothered to download 300MB of other stuff for one small file.

NOTE: It has only been tested on Windows 98 and Windows XP

yes... just as soon as roi manages to get back to fix it...

I know the ip of the FGS rootserver from memory now, so if anyone wants to try it out straight after installation, FGS 1 is [url]deusex://85.214.57.178:7790[/url]

For some reason, the DXMP_Url doesn't seem to be working, for any server
