Some commands don't work on my Telnet :( :(

In theory it's possible to view team messages, but for some reason, some servers fail on showing them.. I'm sure is some issue with the mod itself, nevertheless!

ChangeMap will be fixed next time.. It's a command of the original UTelnetAdmin which I didn't take care of..

ConsoleCommand is the same as if you use the > in front of a command
That console command is NOT the same like a console command on the server console itself.. I hope I can optimize that yet.

Echo.. well.. to be honest.. I never checked that command either.. I'll check it as well.

JoinTeam.. that was my first approach to enable the viewing of team messages.. but as it says, it caused problems on the server, that's why I disabled it in the mod itself.
Thing is that team messages only get send to all Players which are NO spectators.. and the interface you're having to the server for displaying messages IS a spectator.
My new solution was to spawn two dummy players.. each on one team, whose only job is to pass the team messages to the telnet spectators..
Obviously, it's not working all the time either.. NEEDS FIXING
THUS.. The JoinTeam command will be removed.
