When playing ATDM it's frustating to go up against a player with all skills and augs, especially if you have no kills it's very unfair, however imagine starting with all augs and then losing an aug per kill, it'll eliminate these heavy streaks and will make for more interesting battles in my opinion.
that is a good idea thats why i hate ATDM... its hard to kill people who have all augs when you have none.

You got now weapons and if you find money to exchange it for a weapon the shopkeeper often kills the customer. Or the customer kills the Shopkeeper after he got a weapon. All other who are around, kill each other while those who already got weaps, got a big advantage.
But yes, ATDM sucks of course. But I don't think that this mod will/would be popular.
Reason is still the same : Who would want to kill someone if he know he gets a disadvantage then?

Not that great of an idea, a player could be booking it with kills and as soon as his streak is big enough, some schmuck will end him with a GEP. After that he'll be hot to dove to streak it up for another 6 or so kills until he is vulnerable again.
Lose 1 aug per kill isn't a good idea, losing skillpoints and perhaps 3 augs per kill, now that's a challenge.
