Don't buy computers. Just build one yourself. You will get fucked over and ripped off bigtime if you're gonna buy one. What you should do is buy all the parts needed for PC and build it yourself, or get someone to do it for you. Stores that sell computer related stuff will build you PC's with your chosen parts for free or few euros 8)

i dont have this game but my solution to these kind of problems with opengl is this

click on latest download what this does is emulate the opengl the only game that ever asked me on school for that opengl was call of duty united(something)
and it worked idk if it wil work with this game but if it does enjoy

also at games with that loading screen it has a secondary render which is hiden in the configuration files
