You did not say that. Use http downloads then, such as RapidShare or NetLoad.
btw check the bill or call the helpline to get info about that
I can't really believe that you still got those traffic caps :P even here they were taken down by all major ISPs like 4 years ago. Changing to 4mbps in January, haha :>

How does this stop our ISP edition of McAffee counting the amount of (in this case GBs) coming down the line?
We don't get a bill, it's payed by DD.
And yeah, traffic caps suck. But what ya gonna do when you don't live in a democracy?

http downloads do not require uploading, so you can download everything without *loving* up the network.

yes we do, but instead of using torrents and not seeding, you should use http downloads, it doesn't hurt anybody.
