Back to topic.
He already won a vote last year. He's in FGS if he wants, I would say.
In terms of development, if you join, it would be nice to see you improve at other gametypes, always useful for clan wars, but as you can see, not all members do play multiple gametypes.
(Also I would like you to read every topic in private you can find about rants to new admins, admin training etc, just to be 100% clear on how we like to admin servers. )

This is my OPINION on this entire thing...
Prophet, like me, realised [E] wasnt as brilliant as rumoured to be at the peak of the clans active period, mentioning no names but [E] contained several noobs, who did anything from camp, to ladderbug, to lam bug (with intension).
Prophet was too kind-hearted to say much, so it would usually be me bad mouthing my own clan mates in such a way to have them improve long term, ofcourse this made me out to be this horrible guy, but i KNEW if a war had approached, certain [E] players would have been awful.
Not too long ago, when people (including a few fgs players) said "[E] would probably beat [FGS] in a clan war" was simply because of Me, Vaan and Prophet being in the clan basically, [FGS] has way MORE good players than we ever did.
In my eyes, apart from Vaan and Prophet, Skilgannon was the only other pretty decent player sometimes, he stayed alot more active than most and certainly put in the most effort to improve, and it has shown in altfire.
Anyway moving on, Prophet has made a wise decision in applying for [FGS], like i said to Shadowrunner not too long ago... if [RTK] left deus ex i'd no doubt apply for [FGS] as they are my 2nd favourite clan now.
But yea thats what i think since applying for [E] to the present, anyway good luck in your app, just remember not to alias as much if your accepted.

Why thank you for the kind words, dear sir.~[RTK]Fear~ wrote:In my eyes, apart from Vaan and Prophet, Skilgannon was the only other pretty decent player sometimes, he stayed alot more active than most and certainly put in the most effort to improve, and it has shown in altfire.

My opinion is Prophet is kind, helpful, and an all round good player. He's slow to anger, doesn't make irrational decisions, and is always up for a laugh. He helped me (and others) out during my first few games more than anyone I know. What you have right here is, in fact, a golden opportunity to enlist a f*cking good player in my opinion. I certainly wouldn't pass it up.

What you say is true, but i wouldn't phrase it that way. You must realise ~[E]~ was put up in a time the Wunderland server was pretty new (yes I know it had been around before, but went away quite some time), and the server was full, but 90% of the time riddled with noobs. Forming a clan in these circumstances (having a monopoly of good players by one clan, and merely noobs left out), is pretty damn hard. Every player had its good points and bad points. The only difference, is that I rather addressed them to the positive points, and thus better the bad points. I'm sorry to say, but you way of working isn't constructive at all. all you did was say: 'stop using E ball you noob', or stuff like that. True some of the members didn't 'rise to vaans, your or my level', but you did nothing to stimulate them to try. All you did is brake them down further. And that's one of the main reasons my view of you is what it is.~[RTK]FEAR~ wrote:This is my OPINION on this entire thing...

Also I think a person worth mentioning in your list is Sonic. He wasn't around anymore when you joined (he had some real life issues), but darn that guy got good from scraps. I tudored him, learned him to fight (soz I didn't have as much time for you Skil...), and he absorbed it as a spunge. He was a VERY loyal person to ~[E]~ and if only he would've come back a few weeks earlier ~[E]~ would've still existed but under his leadership (if he was up for it)
Saying all that, I do think we would've kicked [FGS]'s butt, you, me, vaan, sonic (and 666 for the brilliant lamming) would've reacked havoc.
I already had my suspicions of your feelings towards ~[E]~ (seeing you don't mention it in any of your app as a previous clan), and I'm glad your honest. I have been too.
And Skil: <3

Yea well, you can't be so sure about that.
I had a very great 0aug lineup back in [ARM] which perhaps could have beaten EVEN [REN] back then. (Marije, Mastakilla, Myself, Spaz etc..) But this lineup never managed to fight [REN] so we could never beat them.
My point is that having good players doesn't mean you will beat a clan.
If only one member of your hardcore team is missing, you will have someone weak instead of him and he will keep getting killed thus earning the enemy team lots of kills. (in ATDM that can be extremely deadly for the whole clan because of the kill/skill system) If you tell him to hide, you will face a 3v4 or a 3,5v4 if you know what I mean. That's already a huge disadvantage.

@Prophet: Well our beloved Sonic/Reaper has made an appearance (several weeks ago now), and has said he may come back if he has the time, but the ~[E]~ boards have fallen to lame spammers (I emailed you about it), and no-one has posted there in ages.
Anyway, enough mithering, BOT. Masses of luck Prophy, hope you get in.

i didnt even notice i didnt include it in future apps to be honest, i will in the future, its not that i didnt like [E], i just didnt like the way certain players played, because its metabolic end product when it comes to the soul purpose of the clan itself, clan wars.[NK]~Valgothy~ wrote:I already had my suspicions of your feelings towards ~[E]~ (seeing you don't mention it in any of your app as a previous clan), and I'm glad your honest.
