I'm really trying to find out who it was.
Even checked the Apache HTTP Access logs. But its so strange... there no entrys about the moving commandos, but thats an impossible thing.
The topics were definitely moved. And moved back by me (the entrys about the moving back actions exist).

When I find out, that it was not SPAZ, then I'll apology of course. :oops:
But after that metabolic end product, the OBC will stay closed.

I'm no programmer, but is it possible that someone might have hacked an admin account, moved the topics, then deleted the appropriate logs? :?:

If someone has the intention and knowledge to hack an admin's account, I guess his goal is not moving a couple topics.

I Don't know much about this at all, but is there a possibility that it was a glitch in the PHP code and it happened by itself? I know it is unlikely but maybe something someone did triggered the glitch and it just happened?

That could be possible. I've witnessed win98 doing some very strange metabolic end product before now, who's to say PHP is any different? Computers are not infallible.....

@Chris: Maybe they're just testing their limits? Seeing how far they can push before they get noticed? Or maybe they're just wanting to irritate. I'm almost certainly talking balls though...

I would because i've noticed you love locking and splitting topics. I have
to admit it would be funny if someone did that to all your topics you
have split or locked.

That would be the ultimate revenge on your regime of Locking and
Splitting!

As for that... The same might apply? Perhaps someone was wanting to be
funny and moved stuff? How could he have possibly done that if he just
had control over OBC? He does not have enough rights to moderate into
other forum sections?

IchoTolot Got drunk while making his books and thought it would be funny?
Come on, admit it ;) Funny Weird German You!

@Skilgannon

To preform such a task is not really much programing usually involved. Its
someone who had allot of knowledge of PHPBB2 and know their way around.

@Hawk
Look at the poeple logged in from the last post that was 100% positive it was in
and when it was noticed it went into normal forums section. I'm not sure if you
have the PHPBB2 log mod I had but it worked wonders for figuring stuff out. It
had detailed logs of exactly what everyone did including viewing topics. I would
suggest maybe installing that mod onto here so that in the future any bad activity
can be tracked exactly?

Why the hell do you use PHPBB2 instead of PHPBB3?

As a moderator I prefer to keep topics clean when they get spammed. I rather split topics than delete spam in order to let these guys continue spamming in the spam section.

When I know there's nothing useful that anyone could add to a topic I simply lock it to save time because usually they get spammed too.
Imagine an application topic: Guy applies, guy gets in, people say "congratz", guy says "ty", someone else comes up with somethin like "whats it like to be [FGS]? or "leaving yet?". Doesn't really have a point keeping it open does it?

A moderator's job is not only warning and banning people for insulting eachother.

Unfortunatelly PHPBB2 has no mod logs...

A PHPBB3 version is currently in progress. I'm just waiting for Nobody to finish his exams, so we can go on :-)
