Ha ha and who is to say what should and shouldn't be known? I always thought if parents were smart enough to raise a child properly and can instill in them that words are just words, the entire population could have enough wits about them where it wouldn't matter if an 8 year old said the f-word so long as it was used properly in context. But no everyone has all these taboo's about it and thus whenever a child discovers it they run around for a week saying it every four seconds.

I didn't though, my parents raised me RIGHT. I was never a dumb kid like that. I knew that was for at home til I was older because the world wasn't ready for an 8 year old to walk up to them and say, "F uck you."

But lets not get too off topic, my real reason here was to try and persuade Icho to let us have a bit more fun for the reasons already listed.

By saying this you imply wrong words exist as well, but let me tell you one thing: wrong words do not exist, only wrong contexts.


On the on-topic-note: I can understand where the ppl who implemented the word filter come from, and it is a noble ideal to strive. Trying to shelter young ones from bad language is needed, but IMHO internet is the last place that will happen. Nino is right, parents should adress the problem, not us. SO LET US HAVE *love* BACK!

Word Censors don't prevent them from knowing the words or anything... anyone that uses *love* too *loving* much should
damm well *loving* have some consequences for *loving* say *love* all the damm *loving* time! Punish for excessive
swearing with good reason instead of word filtering makes more sense.

It's simply a matter of behavior. It's also possible to express oneself without using those words every time at every place.
If people still got the urge to express their-self like that, it's simply being censored for the fun of the auditory.
