its not fake, to be able to erase details like that would take more skill than actually drawing them. and i have seen this done in like 2 hours with less detail of course but still, i am sure it is possible with professional artistic abilities.

Was just trolling hehe. Seen some of those. If you are an artist you can paint well with any thing that produces colours. Learning the technique of laying down these colours is far easier than being able to do something with those colours, which as I said earlier is universal.
