If you are driving a Ford Model T and someone is driving a F1 car, you won't care.
But if that person is laughing at you from his F1 car, then you still won't care, but you will probably not smile back at him.
As long as you are not riding a horse and it has 4 wheels, you can have some fun.
There are players closer to GD than me, so I assume his ping is less than 16 even.

From 2003 untill 2007 I was playing on a pentium 3 PC with, 700mhz, and a 32mb Video card (no idea which) so my FPS was never great in that time. I never complained though, 'cause I didn't know anything else. Once I got a better system I sucked for a while, then got used to it, and I'd play about the same. Then I'd lose the system and suck again, untill I got used to it again. So FPS doesn't matter *love* all, unless you have like 5... Ping is quite the same story, you have to get used to it, the problem is that for some players their ping is different each server, skyrockets in one and is dead low in others. Makes it hard to adapt.
