yep, I got those weapons sasquatch, and as soon as I make a gametype or mod worthy of them, I'm going to host them again.

Honestly the problem isn't the size of the weapons. It's that we need to mod a url redirect so that people download from another source than the server. 60 mbs is not a long download from a good connection. But from these servers, its takes ages.

Nephthys has built-in FTP and HTTP support, but as I know, it works only for player with installed Nephthys client

Shadow you should try add the Welrod pistol as a weapon. It's a sileneced pistol that fires 1 bullet per round (just like sniper) and it's nearly a 1-hit kill gun. It would be pretty cool :matrix: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Welrod :D ..just a suggestion anyway

Too many grenades M61 is on maps. It's annying, when this grenades are all time use by players. This grenades are very strong, I think should be rare (same as shells on normal maps).

As I'm discovering, it's a case of whatever animated model you can find. I'm sure we can find a WW2 silenced pistol. There is silenced Sten gun in MOH or COD I think, and these weps Clyzm that made came from either COD or MOH I think. So I guess in time, it would be possible theoretically to have all the missing german weps and stuff like silenced pistols and stens.

I totally agree. It's made worse by there only being the first two maps rotating at the moment. The newer maps, Paris and etc have much less grenades and are far harder to find.

I need to edit all 5 maps to fix the parachutes, so it's no problem to reduce the M61 content, especially on Landernau.

I will release a beta server/modding pack with the guns, skin mutator etc and see if it bites. Then when the stuff that people are working on, or want to work on in future, is available, then we can release a map pack 1.

The list of things needing doing before we are ready...

1. Finish switching weps to Poor's versions.
2. Convert Concordia to WW2 weps
3. Finish off Fly_The_Planes for WW2 server.
4. Upload all to download site, for those who don't want to DL on server

After this I will be solely engaged in a project with Chinny and Poor and others and also working on Summer 101 SP mod, so I'm just trying to get everything right before releasing it. Sorry for the delay. My target is to get this out in April though.

As long as it's back by summer time, it's fine :bwahaha:
Maybe eventually I'll try help u make some kind of Valletta map :-D
