Depending on which advban youre using, it should still slow him down enough to make spamming quite an effort. If it is the one I think it is then it causes the spammer quite a bit more headache than ip reset (and time).

Ok wolf... I see where you are going.... Yes we could modify chat, but we could only do that in the gametype.

And I think debug eatmem does work. just make a mutator or gametype with it.
