Go to Hotmail.com at the to where it says windows livehover over messenger click add friends. enter email adress cllick next follow where to place contacts.

that was how to add them sorry I'm mad busy right now! If you open up Windows Live Messenger if anyone has added you a notification should pop up. Make sure you have windows live messenger installed not the msn that came with windows.

To give my two cents.. Don't use the new MSN messenger! I still use 8.5 BETA and i'm fine with it :-D
