How's he gonna learn from his mistakes? unless someone shows him.ShadowRunner wrote:they will erase.
My advice, dont redo it, move on to the next one and learn from the next one.
If the map plays ok and ppl love it, job well done, case pretty much closed.
Chris, one more vote we are waiting on... sorry.
He will just keep building the same till he realize's himself or someone helps him, and points out his errors.

they are like just general building errors that will show in the log they may not effect the way the map plays but then they could it really depends on the kind of errors shown in the log.Chris wrote:I don't even know what kind of errors you are talking about =/
Does it have anything to do with the gameplay or something? Because when I tested the map before releasing it, I didn't notice any mistakes...
Yea I'll be patient

I disagree with Hitman.
Your time is better spent moving on... working on the next map.
Counter-Strike is one of my oldest and worst maps technically... it has major errors, bsp error that I didnt notice in the last rebuild, and serious grid errors.
BUT, It looks good, looks bloody similar to the CS version and guess what, my worst map is the one that is voted THE MOST on Wunderland.
I could rebuild CS map, but what a waste of time, players already love it.
I think you should get the map and hosted and see if players enjoy it or not.
If players dont, then its a serious waste of time working on it. If they do, then it might be worth perfecting it and fixing a few things...
The important thing is that u learn fast and get experience... working on one map for the rest of your life to plz Hitman, wont cut it...
get players on your maps and listen, watch learn from them. You'll soon know what mistakes you are making.
