A bit redundant now, as I torrented DX last night. Turns out it was DX:GOTY anyway! Ty for the help anyways!

Can't got a traffic cap, gotta stay under it. Plenty of seeds at
https://isohunt.com. Just type in Deus Ex in the search bar, and it's the first result. You'll also need the no-cd crack, but there's a link to that in the comments section.

Oh, and a bit-torrent client like uTorrent.....

Hitman, I've been messing about and experimenting a bit, and your SDK vers refuses to load the following .umx music tracks: Area51Bunker_Music, BatteryPark_Music, DeusExDanceMix_Music, HongKongCanal_Music, HongKongHelipad_Music, LibertyIsland_Music, NYCStreets2_Music, ParisCathedral_Music, ParisChateaux_Music and UNATCOReturn_Music. Any ideas why?

you can download them from [A] downloads.

Will that help? I mean, the tracks are there, the game'll run 'em (checked with the legend menu), but SDK won't load 'em to the editor....

As always.. the same common questions.. I don't know why I ALWAYS need to repeat them :x
What does the editor do?
Does it just fail to load the files?
Does it give an error message?
What error message does it give?
Does it crash?
Send the editor.log?

Ok Nobody, chill dude. Take an upper, or a downer, whatever's your thing. I'm a noob, remember? It just fails to load them at all. Ok, Editor's too big to post here, but here's an example of what it says about the contested music files:
Warning: Failed loading package: Can't find file 'C:\Documents and Settings\Conor\Desktop\Deus EX GOTY\Music\NYCStreets2_Music.um'
Which is bs, cause I was loading it straight from folder. Is this XP causing problems, or just a fixable bug?

Sorry, maet, I was a bit pissed off earlier because I failed at a coding issue just like a noob. :x
To your example..
At the very end the x of the file extension umx is missing.
Perhaps this could be caused by a too long file path or it doesn't like all the spaces..
Try to copy the DX folder to a less "difficult" location.

Ok, I'll try that. Don't beat yourself up over the coding issue though, drop it for the day, then come back to it tomorrow. You'll go, WTF was I tryin' to do there? And fix it in no-time. At least, that's what my dad says!

Aha! Thank you Nobody! That fixed it np! Ty!
@Chris:
It was sat in my desktop, moved it to C and that fixed it. Stupid limitations, hate 'em.
Now all I gotta do is figure out how to make it play the combat music, and I'll be happy!
