i used to watch Rosso in 2006/7 do it nicely, and i began practicing it, its quite easy once used to.
You're still a nub though.
Meanstreak(BNino) wrote:Damn now I feel like a noob from hell, I understand the concept of binding but what bind would you do for the snipe? Some people I've heard will use the right click for scope so they do a sort of double click (also I think that is cheap, no matter how this game is based on just killing people)
But this post has gone very long and yet my question remains unanswered: Is [REN]Chaos a known cheater?
Meanstreak(BNino) wrote:Well I define cheating as going outside the normal parameters of gameplay to gain an unfair advantage on your opponents. Here is a list of what, to me, constitutes cheating:
- Aimbot
- Rapid-fire sniping
- Scope/shoot binding
- Using ANY cheat codes (U R 733t d00d!)
- Lam-laddering to an obviously too shadowy area of the map that wasn't made to be on (see: CMD) However, low-grav and the like this is an obvious exception as most areas of the map are just as accessible to the rest of us.
This Is Called The Meele Snipe Bind, it is as follows:
Aliases[22]=(Command="Togglescope|onrelease Fire",Alias=Snipe)
RightMouse=Snipe
The Medkit and Bio BInds:
F=ActivateBelt 0 | OnRelease ParseLeftClick
G=ActivateBelt 9 | OnRelease ParseLeftClick
Now you know, is it cheating now little one? Btw These are the binds that I use.
~[RTK]FEAR~ wrote:What chin said is partially true...
All if not most ATDM players have some crazy ass binds, some that trick the game into immediately maxing out certain skills...
I dont think a medbind is noobish though, because 95% of players use one, theres a few different binds for using medkits out there and its become somewhat normal to have one, whatever gametype you prefer.
Also to what Kam said, if you are still in touch any of these old players you speak of... why not have one of them come back, practice, and show Rosso how its done?
Rosso is both a VERY good 0 augger and ATDM player, something which cant be said about many, because in most cases 0 auggers hate atdm, and atdm players hate 0 augs.
You Mean These:
NumPad9=BuySkills|ActivateBelt 9|BuySkills|ActivateBelt 9|ActivateBelt 9|OnRelease ParseLeftClick
NumPad8=BuySkills|ActivateBelt 8|BuySkills|ActivateBelt 8|ActivateBelt 9|OnRelease ParseLeftClick
NumPad7=BuySkills|ActivateBelt 7|BuySkills|ActivateBelt 7|ActivateBelt 9|OnRelease ParseLeftClick
NumPad6=BuySkills|ActivateBelt 0|BuySkills|ActivateBelt 0|ActivateBelt 9|OnRelease ParseLeftClick
NumPad5=BuySkills|ActivateBelt 5|ActivateBelt 6
NumPad4=BuySkills|ActivateBelt 4
NumPad3=BuySkills|ActivateBelt 3
NumPad2=BuySkills|ActivateBelt 2
NumPad1=BuySkills|ActivateBelt 1
NumPad0=BuySkills|ActivateBelt 0|ParseRightClick

And I can even tell you why..
0auggers hate ATDM, because the games do not run balanced.
One up-skilled and augged player has a big advantage towards the others.
Auggers hate 0augs because they're convinced that ATDM is the "TRUE" gametype of DX
and that all non ATDM players are noobs because they have to take care of much less when playing.
ATDM might have been the initial gametype when DXMP started,
however, what those players always forget is that ATDM was born out of the conversion
of the single player game style where balance problems towards other players didn't exist.
Thus, ATDM is very imbalanced, since players can join a server whenever they want and those who join in the middle of the game
need to face the up-skilled and augged players and just get slaughtered.
My Favorite is ATDM and Zero Aug. I also play BTDM and ArxGen.
The reason why I like ATDMs because it is actually challenging and takes creativeness
to kill someone who has upped their skills that much. The reason why they get
slaughter is because they are usually using technics that will get them killed instantly.
Anyone with Max skills can be killed easy if you know how and use proper technic.
There everyone knows ALL the wonderful binds that are so secret? So now is it
cheating if you can do the some EXACT thing? It is kinda like an argument of a
retarded child who doesn't know how to open the door. Dear God they are opening
the door and I do not have the intelligence to figure it out so it MUST be cheating...
