Re: Undead Revolution
Really Deus Ex should have a large database of things that have been replicated all in one place, as Shadow said it's been done go to the next thing.....

If someone can better/expand on something that has already been done, why not?chin.democ. wrote:Really Deus Ex should have a large database of things that have been replicated all in one place, as Shadow said it's been done go to the next thing.....

Re: Undead Revolution
Isn't http://download.deusexnetwork.com/ ideal? You get to upload your own things there?

Re: Undead Revolution
It's the best we have but it very incomplete and messy, I'm talking about having one page where everything is downloadable, sorted into segments (complete with picture perhaps), this is what makes sense to me - simplicity, user friendlyness etc.

Re: Undead Revolution
DeusEx Network is good, but not totally comprehensive, that's not their fault, just some people don't use it, or haven't finished stuff that is hosted yet. A list of things NOT done or not available in DXMP, would be quite useful I think. As I said, I think flying would be a lot of fun, but I don't know how that would make a zombie mod fun.

Re: Undead Revolution
I remember talking to RedGreasel about ideas for a new mod. To everything I suggested he said it has already been done. Though you don't see much today. A lot of good mods were never released or were lost in time.chin.democ. wrote:Really Deus Ex should have a large database of things that have been replicated all in one place, as Shadow said it's been done go to the next thing.....
Re: Undead Revolution
DeusExNetwork doesn't really allow you to upload. I tried uploading to it, but they never got it up. We need a new database.

.....land shopping centre.
DREAMLAND SHOPPING CENTRE
Chees, select the wall textures you want in the texture menu, hit the export (as pcx) button and send me a package of textures, and I'll send back blank, graffiti, blood, scratched, etc versions...

Re: Undead Revolution
Does Deus Ex have people that can turn models into weps with animations? I have a ton of WW2 weps plus a p90. Back on topic.
I like it in zombie movies when humans have to evade humans too. Like in 28 days later, 28 weeks later and the Day of the Dead movies, there's always soldiers or police or people that are bad news for civilians too. Could be skinned with scuba mask and military gear, like NBC clothing. They have meds against infection and auto weps, but civilians have speed, agility and stealth.
