[DEA] [TCN] (and the later TCNdk) [V] [Shen] (it was important to me <_<) DCSB, *love* even HK had more of an imput than GODZ. You're also forgetting D I EL W DES TT even BIA lolz (god bless roachee) come to think of it, pretty much every main clan around 2004-5 (namely ren, shen/mav/ascendancy, zealot, utopians and dcsb for 0a. 3, EL, T and again DCSB for augs amoung others.) hauled ass.
Alpha weren't ever really that good, maybe the likes of konami, splitter and bobo but they all moved on i think, and alpha in my mind are better known for attaining better players when a clan dies.
I'm well aware of that regarding Godz. I started dx back in 2003 so I'm aware of the "Original" Godz.. But the reality of it is: Godz always had the same leader NoChance. His ideas are what the clan stood for. Yes prior to 04, it was a good clan.. but let's face it, nobody in todays community remembers that except for a few of us who were there. Godz is only known for what it was when it finally died.

I agree.

NoChanc seemed like an idiot to me when I once talked long with him on AIM. My other experience with GODZ was when some member told me that augmentations are cheats, lol.
Alpha has had at times the strongest lineup for dxmp, their occasional strength can not be underestimated. Mahou, Splitter, Conceited, Raiden, Mastakilla, Bobodaknifa, Amme.. and so on and on. These people *loving* owned.
and alpha in my mind are better known for attaining better players when a clan dies.
But this is very true.

my lists were seperated from skill and support for the game, hit me hard with a brick for not being specific and saying "this is my view from when i started playing properly"
all these clans you mention Spaz, i barely got a glimpse of most, i never did play it regularly until atleast a year after i first ever connected to a server.
and Elemental, you disagree about RTK because your stupid... RTK had the most active server for what, 2 years? - the game would have vanished 4+ years ago if it werent for 0 augs, and a little btdm (edh).

Spaz all this metabolic end product you talk about HK is humurous. You don't understand what you're saying, and you know that HK was not a noob clan. The whole reason the real brethren of the clan loved it so much (the ones on the inner circle, who we knew was going to be more than just a temporary rep), is everything it was about.
I'm not going to bash other clans because I know it will simply begin a flamewar and it will only put hypocrisy in my argument. But no other clan had the structure HK had. The organization was what made it different than every other clan, there was a signature movement pattern in how our members killed. Slim had orchestrated formations, something no other clan had.
I will admit that the entire time during my leadership of HK it was a joke. I will also admit you're an excellent player, Spaz. But your sudden metabolic end product talk of HK is unfounded and ignorant. What we did other than playing the game the way no others did, made it seem like we were playing our own game. Not to mention all of the control and influence the clan had behind the scenes, from the money we distributed to servers, to the income we had from all of our gaming divisions. The only one on this forum who had even slight knowledge about was ShadowRunner.
You may not like us for whatever reason, but to continually say we were a bad clan is in every way just foolish. I'm sorry to be so brash with you, but you did insult me and the people I've been investing my favorite hobby and side job with for the past twelve years.

K, As I'm not able to give an accurate picture of 'topclans throughout the history of DX' I'll just give my view of the point.
Topclans and clans that have influenced me personally while I played DX srsly (at random order ofc.)
0a.
- [REN] - having played mostly 0a, [REN] deffinetly stood out as the best clan around (maybe [T] could've stood up to them in augs, honestly I couldn't say). I always hoped off joining [REN] at some point, but as I started realising I probably would never reach such hights in 0a, I gave up on it. Alltho I will never forget Carnages advise, the turningpoint in my whole DXMP experience don't stand still lol, might seem obvious, but meh I was a noob, whatcha want?.
- [XPS] - maybe not a topclan, but Sheek-louch was decent and it had my man London with whom I had some amazing times.
Legion was in it too, I hated him on the forums (never saw him ingame I think ), but all is in the past now my friend. ;P
- [ARM] - at the time had some pretty good players (Chris, Masta, Magickilla, Jonesy, Sonny, Carnage and the belgian Bumblebee at the end). I realy like their forum.
- [FGS] - alltho I mostly remember them from DXAG server and platoon server (or was it the same I can't recall ;P), they also scored pretty high on my list in 0a
- [RTK] - Kiri is awesome. Also don't forget the server that was the heartbeat of DX for about 2 years. Had some decent - pretty skilled (that's you Fear ;P) players and was overall a very relaxed clan (maybe a bit too much at the end xD)
- [A] - Again mostly from DXAG server, but when Raiden joined they started to get a bit more active in 0a.
Augs
- [EL] - In my eyes as strong as [T] or [

OMG Proph, that's sort of the list I could bring up right now. I think I've started playing decently in the same time as you.
[ARM] was awesome, including the clan tag. I was surprised at the number of names you could remember, ever been a member of my former clan? Used another alias maybe?

When talking about DX, HK didn't really have "that" much of an input, you know as well as I do that this is true. I don't intend on talking metabolic end product about HK, you know I'm somewhat down with you guys, but when you begin to talk metabolic end product about everyone else, just leaves me open to kick you guys in the stones.
Saying I talk metabolic end product about HK when in reality I might have not complimented it in 3-4 posts about clans, is a bit retarded to say the least.

"Even HK had more of an impact than GODZ".
I'm not a foolish man. And I know when we are being slighted. You may be well liked, emulating other people before you to attain it, but that doesn't give you the knowledge they had.
Just leave it.

Hehe, most ppl forget I have been around for a while

Ye, had good playing relations with most of you. Bumblebee was an ok chap. Had lots of fun with Magic and Sonny; both joined [RTK] after [ARM] died I think.

Nah, but I used to play as Valgothy, hung around the forums a lot (reading mostly). ... Used to be in -[V]- (no not [V]engeance, other tag ;P) and [NK], former with Hey and Raven aka Vaan, latter with Unwanted/Rob and Majin.
I think I've started playing decently in the same time as you.
Those were the clans when I entered serious DXMP metabolic end product. Had been playing occasionaly for about a year or so (more sp). Don't know how many years that was ago, you? ;D
Oh and I forgot to meantion {17} and [B2S].Both had
an impact on DX if not with servers than with just being there for plain fun ;P. There might have been others, can't recall honestly.

To be quite frank Im yet to witness HK have any impact whatsoever in dxmp, and Ive played 5 years. Hunterkiller was a nice chap, and I know they did manage to recruit some players with skill in atdm, but from what I recall they hardly ever played. One of those dx clans active on forums and thats it.
I dont give ratsass if you were active as *love* in some other game, this is just how it has seemed to a very active dx player.
