The [FGS] Clan

I think if FGS remove Alex's private convo...

then it is only fair that the private convo posted by [A]lex and Kaiden is removed also.

I don't see why they should be shielded while others are not.

As it happens, my private msn logs are posted on Alpha and I am banned there, I feel a rule should extend to all players...

I did not give out the convo between me and Kaiden, thus it's illegal.

I did not give you permission to post my logs on alpha, therefore according to what you say, it is illegal too. Also you have then banned me from that forums. I have not even been able to read my pm's.

Also I did not give out my pm to Kaiden for public use.

Yes it was obtained under deception Alex.

You were given permission to WAIT for 72 hrs and post the info.

You were never at any time given permission to post my msn logs.

The published material was obtained illegally, you had no permission to publish it. You were shown logs so you could extract the information.

Not only did you fail to wait 72 hrs, you failed to take the information, but took my logs and posted them in public.

That is facts.

He's not here with good intentions I agree.

His response to my announcement of a new server is tiresome. No congratulations or good luck wishes or any positive statement.

Just questioning 100% of things I do.

Any complaint they make falls onto deaf ears here, they are not banned here, not even warned. Icho apologized to Alex for moving a topic. We go out of our way to make sure [A] eternal accusations and disinformation are false.

I don't have to answer to Alex, especially since he "left" DX. They even demanded an apology, after having read our private topics and trashed our server/held up battles etc, posted my logs on forums without permission etc, they dont seem to realize how far they pushed this clan with abuse and disrespect and arrogance and general disinformation and lies.

As you can see we run two servers and 3 forums and host REN clan, two of which are currently in the top most popular DX forums. We kept DXSG alive and all FGS have worked very hard to change the public perception and image of DXSG and we have always provided support to [A] in other ways. Admin for DXAG etc...

So when i said on [A] forums "unnecessary", why should they ban me for that?I was telling the truth perhaps, that's why I am banned. Because I told James it would be unnecessary to ban the whole of FGS.

Can you see how much FGS worked hard at alliance, while since we ran a server Alex shat on them and then blindly James, Kaiden and others joined in...

We used to run 5 servers, and at some point we had 1 forum + we hosted 4 others. Mind you, your freeforums forums aren't really that amazing

As for the rest of your post, it's quite ironic, you usually have no trouble answering or dicussing things, but when I bring up that you broke an agreement before I did, you seem to actually shut up.
