This made me lol!

I was playing the Xbox vers of HL2 last night, just started playing through Entanglement, got to the bit where Alyx leaves you to try and patch into your suit's radio. I went through the door she opens, and turned around as she said something after me. As I turned back around to face the right way, I crossed the transition point. As I did, another model of Alyx spawned right in front of me! Wtf?! :shock: As I progressed further through the level, I also noticed the monitors she's supposed to appear on were blank. Wierd eh?

The extra model was pretty useless though. Didn't speak, was invincible, but had no weps, and either got stuck behind locked doors, or else simply stopped moving. Occasionally, the two Alyx's met up, but nothing unusual happened. No weird bug-outs or anything. Neither of them showed surprise at seeing the other, either! :lol:

This never happened to me before, so be interesting to hear if this has happened to anyone else....

That would be very difficult to do. Impossible in fact, as it has never been connected to any kind of network. :P

No, infact I went to your house, and whilst you were sleeping I uploaded a haxbot into your xbox therefore causing you to get fucked.

That would also be impossible as you would not get in my room without first waking me up.

This exact bug happened to me on the PC version.

Hmm, so it's not just limited to Microsoft's Big Black Crate then. Anyone else suffered any weird bugs while playing HL2? Whatever platform, don't care.
