Or maybe not. It's still a cesspool of 12yo American boys who's wit extends only as far as FYYFF. Whatever. At least it's nice to see a news article not decrying games for their supposed "influence" on violence amongst kids today.

"Hah! Yeah, I'd sure as hell like to kill that kid in school or something, he gets on my nerves..."
*FBI at door*
Sounds a bit drastic. :C

I only ever played Tekken on XBox360, the console was fine, the game not really.. Tekken3 will be always best of those.
I've played PlayStation 3 on Full HD a lot more than any other consoles out there and even there have I seen FPS drop (FEAR2 for instance).
If you play the right games on a console, it can be very very fun. I played Force Unleashed demo, it was awesome.
I prefer FPS games on PC for the simple fact of aiming becoming easier and more comfortable, even if I have to sacrfice some graphical performance.
But fighting games such as Tekken, or Jedi games are best on consoles I guess.

Lemme just say that the console fps competition is nowhere near as serious as pc gamers. It's just too *loving* easy. Bang, you're dead. Bang, you're dead. Bang, you're dead. *yawn* I think I've come across maybe one or two people who have actually given me a decent challenge, the rest just minge-camp the other noobs.

Hell no. Just merely commenting on the lack of skill in console fps's. I suck pretty bad at most (if not all) pc fps's.
EDIT: Online ones at any rate.

This is true.
The only PC FPS' I've been able to demonstrate a little skill in are COD4, Battlefield 2142, DX and Halo.... and it wasn't all that much skill, and it was only after a long time (normally over a year) playing each... and when I stop playing for a while I lose most of that skill completely.
Console FPS' are a different story and, where I might find it hard to shine, I still pick it up and start scoring toward the top of the board within a few days.
I don't know, maybe it's because I started playing PC FPS' long before console FPS', so I just had the hang of the geanre before I started consoling properly... But it does seem to be much less challenging on a console.
One thing is for sure - It's much less tactical, much less precise and much less complex when playing on a console.
