I've tried the beta UI out. Its horrible...
The "old"/standard UI is focused on functionality and overview. The new UI is yet another design monster...

I guess I won't be playing any of those Steam games that I don't play anyway then.

This is why I don't partake of Betas'. I'll wait until they've worked out a final design and ironed out the kinks.

I just regularly updated. Was a mandatory one.

This sucks..a lot.

It's not as if this will make me hate steam any more than I do anyway.

Strange, my Steam UI is exactly the same. And I update automatically.

DX is the new Highlight xD

i already saw at least 2 steam guys in one server the moment i went on dx. now i see the reason.

What's the difference between cd and steam versions of dx anyway? Since it's a non Steam game, it should be in a .ncf/common folder format, so everything should be exactly the same as the cd version, but I hear tell it's different. Anyone know how?

Hm, no i dont know. But, the players i saw, all played on a modifized DX Server.
Maybe some Settings are different (on Normal DX on the CD, downloads from other servers are off) ore it has DX MTL?
But when i look at the screens, the last 2 screens says, somethink is different, yes.
Much better Graphics lol

Edit: Okay, last 3 screens and the graphics are the same (i thought so), but the locations are different.
Cant remember this from our DX
