I want a car that jumps over obstacles like that :(

The part with horses going through glass and that door was hilarious

lol at 2:40 you could clearly see a rope where the horse tripped over, the far right one.
Also, this is kinda cruel to those horses?

I read the comments about horses before watching the movie, but did any of you notice the ground get all wrinkled up like a blanket when the horses hit it, my guess is that they had some heavy padding under the blanket. I dont know what to think of the water scene though where they kinda got stuck in the mud head first :-D

So ok they fall on padding but rushing a horse into a car even if the glass is fake is bound to hurt their legs in some take.

Oh well, at least there were no Indians hurt during the making of this film :)

Poor horses is all I can say. That and wtf was all that 3:48? What the hell did any of that have to do with the current stream of events?

Looks like a wedding or something like that.
My guess is that he doesn't want her married, or wants her married to him but is late, or something.

Best action seen ever though, yes

Best Action Scene ever?! Don't make me laugh!

This is so fu.cking bullsh.it, it blows my mind. I've never seen a action scene that sheepishly like that.

MastaKilla is right. The Old Western movies laid tripwires for the 100-200 horses in the cavalry charge and around 20-30 would need to be shot after the scene, from leg injuries. It does appear this film is using tripwires. I think you can see it on the horse that trips, before the horse that trips into the water. Tripwires are banned in the USA now and horses are trained to fall down and of course with CGI they are using far less horses.

Perhaps they're using rubber-horses these days. :)
