Yes some of the "deleted" material is actually game script.
The DX Bible? I think you are referring to the DXMP Book written by Messiah, which is stickied on the deusexmultiplayer.freeforums.org site under multiplayer...

In germany Deus Ex Human Revolution will have 190.000 words and 18.000 Text lines.
So far, they translate it into german, but i will play the english ones, cause the german version sound crapy.. Like every german title
