Whats the point of this server running? it has a password so no one can join! is it for testing? or did admin forget to disable pass? I may aswell host dx.dx map
baffled as to why it exists tbh!

If you read further, the full servername is '~ Back in the days ~ Bowen's Server ~ Soon to come!'. (perhaps too long?)
The latest bowen-mod version, summarized in a package called Bowen4 is supposed to be used but still suffers compiling errors because Jim's svn version is somehow faulty.
Also the weapon spawn lists (NO, I DON't MEAN THE BOWEN SUMMMON CODES!) for all maps are inappropriate for hosting yet.

Only recently did it say 'soon to come' on server name. I get theirs issues but why keep an inactive server up 24/7

I can think of people who hosted Bowens who may have files all ok, Flix, Drunkard etc...
It's good that you intend to host it so not just the original maps.
@chees/OP When you've called in Osiris and seen a vortex grenade sucking in a player, you'll know it's worth the wait. Camper's dream, ambushes with remote dart etc. Osiris is actually heavier than SCLAW, more blast area...
