I don't plant lams, and the only time I'm in a spawnroom is if I chase somebody in there, if people spawn around me and start attacking I'm not gonna run away because I'll run out of bio and they'll just WTFRAPE me. It's more bio-efficient if I kill the fuckers.

I think people need 1-2 years experience in the community before they can admin without causing even bigger problems.

I'm also in favour of the 'Icho Doctrine', in which basically a very limited amount of players get admin access.

I made a mistake in the past giving out admin to non members and even all FGS members, it takes time being FGS before you really understand where we are coming from...

So I have to support "Icho Doctrine" no admin for new members or non members. We have only one exception Face, who is probably the oldest veteran in Deus Ex, made dxmp_towers and a top coder and developing Facetown - a project we are likely to host, he also might work on DXSG_Nexus.

You would be a crap admin if you think Spawnkilling is a kickable offence.

The only thing you should ban for is actual cheating, when u have demorec/s or infallable evidence, not some mirky screenshot.

The only thing you should really kick for is...
1. If the spammer wont shut up after 3/4 games, or you got more than 1/2 players complaining or leaving.

I gave admin to all FGS and a few nonmembers, the banlist was more than actual server list sometimes... 20/20 equally...
i ignore spammers, they stop 9/10 times before or after about 10 minutes. Why let some idiot ruin my score.
That's why [A] mods are good, teamswitcher and showmessage. you dont ever need to speak to unco-operative people...

20 kills, 10 deaths = kdr 2:1

30 kills, 50 deaths = krd 3:5

K/D is the best way to make any sort of measurement of skill. A guy could get 160 kills and have 140 deaths. However this doesn't mean he's the best player. A guy who would get say, 50 kills with 5 deaths, although having less kills, has a higher ratio and is therefore the better player.
