This should be enough evidence, don't look too much at my fighting qualities, it's almost impossible to fight with such bastards on your team.

GPF's are really stupid.. I got one too before I started recording, but the TKer was there already at that time.

Have you installed the demorec fix? I'm not exactly sure where you can get it, but if you ask around I'm sure you can find it.

I think I have it. Also Registry mechanic worked wonders for me, I had months of problems, including very embarrassing scores, but reg mech has really fixed my DX.And was the only thing that could fix my editor. Also if I have a mismatch or some connection prob to a server, I run reg mech and hey presto! solved. Updating windows and running ad-aware too, seems to solve any problems...

Oh...is this the tk {MTX}Jellyman on Rattery PArk? I got a juicy demo of him wasting my team in the spwnroom, inlcuding 3 or 4 players begging for him to be kicked and banned...

I have a suggestion. Just a suggestion, not a request. Give all FGS and Faction and Reaction, any other associates, the ability to kick? I'm a noob who dont know what hes talking about, but it seems a good idea to me in theory. Choose from rules such as no kicking without a demo or screenshot, or no kicking until 3 teamkills. I notice it is possible to wear wrong skin and cause 1-2 teamkills easily. Train troops to do this without further problems, e.g. restrict kicking for subjective reasons or debatable reasons, purely objective reasons. We post who has been kicked each day. I saw players getting desperate today and shooting back at Jelly, just to let others leave the spwnroom or grab a wep, I did this once myself on DXMS, but it leads to further problems when a player joins a game and sees a battle going on, he's not aware who is actually the teamkiller...

To be honest if I am tk'd I just stop fighting and start chatting...

lol....

I agree Shadow. I think it's a good idea to give us all kicking rights so we can kick those -peeeeep- teamkillers, but there should be restrictions such as the demo requirement you mentioned.
Is this the {MTX}Jellyman on RatteryPark?
Yup that's him.

If there is an agreement to distribute admin, it must be responsibly.

With that amount of people being admin, there is always the threat of admin abuse. I recommend that someone check over each of the three server log files every 24 hours to check over admin users. That would not be a problem for myself, because I check over the DXMS log file every time Icho sends me one...

This would only work if people logged in as admin, did what they had to do, and logged out again. Not essential, but would speed up the log file study process
