I'm so happy to hear that! Just to let you know Whippy, I was [XPS]Grudge. It was a secret identity, but it doesn't really matter now lol. XPS was awesome but my PC was killed by viruses, so I started playing Xbox LIVE. I heard that you took over XPS - what happened to it? I hope to play with some of you fellas soon. P.S, what name did you used to go by Sasquatch?

There was, unfortunately, plenty of that in XPS. Namely the leader, Sheek Louch, who was in reality RTK Killing Machine.

I heard that you took over XPS - what happened to it?

KM went inactive and so I took over the clan on a de-facto basis. Later he posted just enough to say "go for it" and give me admin over the forums.

A few months after that he came back and revealed his double identity, at which time he took most of the membership back to RTK with him, as most had been ex-RTKs anyway, apart from myself and one or two others.

I tried to carry on but there was no point so I declared the clan dead after a couple of weeks.

Almost as instrumental in wrecking the clan as KM was a member called Elemental, later Syndicate and then ... who knows. He opposed every recruitment application and was always looking for a flame war and self-combusting for little or no reason.

Correct. Elemental was legion. The unhappy goth living with his unhappy parents. Some really screwed up work situation, where he had been accused of touching old people at work. Very stubborn mapper who used to take criticism as a personal attack, but would do stuff like make movers in situ, rather than do them properly. Last map I saw was the nazi battleship with swastika flag, crammed into a space about the size of smuggler. Not the best map in the world, but he did make a couple that RTK hosted. The fact RTK managed to focus him on mapping I think was a major achievement.
