Say all you want but the fact is banned or not, you aren't even of legal age to use this game hence justifying why people have a problem with you. You should be playing games from the Nintendo market develops, for children like yourself.

James, I hope you won't see that as an offence, 'cuz it's none ... but:
I have already said that I don't see a huge different between the start-ages of Jake (=HDD21) and Alex. Both started playing the game far to early for theyre age.
Alex is now 18. When he started with DXMP he was about 13 or 14. If you play the game as long as Alex you started it with 14 or 15.

In germany you can play the game legally when you are 18+.
If I have to register on forums I have to be at least 13. So in other countrys 13 seems to be "mature". So I don't see a real difference.

Please stop attacking Jake because of his age. The age means often nothing. If I talk to someone a while most think I'm more mature than some other in my age or even older ones.
And I'm 23 now ...
I have seen guys at 30 who acted like 15 and I saw 15 year old guys who were like 20.

Kaiden said that Jake is able to make mature posts. Why do you attack him again because of his age?

You said in your other post you want talk with FGS especially with ShadowRunner.
I realy hope that discussion will be a success for both clans. I think neither you nor I want see that discussion going on much further.

I hardly see anything as an offense to me, I am perfectly aware of Alex's age when he started the game, and myself. While age =/= maturity may be one thing, the rating of the game is there for a reason. The dystopia setting and gibs can warp a child's brain easily, Hell, the first Resident Evil game made me fear dogs from how annoying they are.

This is also not an attack upon HDD, it is a moral concern for his mind.

What I tried to say:
I know some guys who played that game far to early for there age. And those are good in it and are as mature as some older ones in DXMP.

Jake proofed he can act like a mature. Let him time. Maybe he will grow faster as you can ban him from everywhere.

Ah ... In the vote of banning Jake or not ... I won't vote. Because I am a friend of Jake I can't be as neutral as I want to be. So I refuse to vote.
But I will accept every decision of FGS in that case. No matter if he gets banned or not.

I refuse to vote in Alex's and Kaidens case also. Alex and I had some difficulties. I will accept the decision of the other members in that case also. No matter if they/he get banned or not.

No need to. I don't want a fight between FGS and Alpha. I think we should work together and not against each other.

Why should there be a lifetime ban for affecting a mod which only controls, as far as I know, 3 or 4 players who have dynamic IP and are known to cause trouble...

this seems to have affected a very small section of the community.

I've had absolutely no problems from anyone with Dynamic IP as far as I can remember, since the new server that is...

I think the troublemakers left...

There shouldnt be. The verson which i told the loophole for wasnt even released it was only on the TZ server and cathedral terra.
Asking for a lifetime ban wasnt fair.

Hes asked a few servers to ban me. Including RTK and he asked EDH a while ago. Hes desparate to banish me from DXMP.
Thats his goal.

Even if you lose the vote HDD, there is the issue that Alex is threatening us and his clan mates are trying to support him, in breach of server rules etc...

he's had 2 warnings himself...

It is highly likely that a month's ban would be suspended, you would play on probation, in result of Alex's unrepetent behaviour and his clan mates attempting to defend it.

This guy said he wouldn't do anything alike after the first time (With V1.1, computername based), he apologized and said he would never do it again.
Few days later he spammed it again. Again he apologized... and again he spammed.

He also keeps accusing me of attacking his server, while I haven't touched crash tools in years.

This guy is unreliable when he says he wont do it again. He has proven too often that he keeps doing it, over and over again. And that's the problem. If he would've said "im sorry" and would've never done it again, I didn't bothered to do all this stuff. But he kept continueing, lying about me to others, spamming the exploit. The first time he spammed it, we managed to keep the damage under control. But the more he did it, the more knew it, and in the end, the entire modification was destroyed.

And tell me ShadowRunner, how would you feel if someone with a dynamic IP with range 91.*.*.* would impost FGS members and make them look bad?
That has been the main reason for me to develop this modification. Even though Spaz no longer does it, he used to impost Alpha members. And he could not be banned. And don't underestimate the amount of players with a dynamic IP, even I have a dynamic IP, even though it doesn't change as much as regular connections, as my connection stays longer 'alive'.

But why spread the bypass of your own mod and then moan at me more?
EDIT: V1.0 the loophole in 1.1 doesnt work for it, i tried it. and you just admitted that 1.2 was FIRST spread by my freind. but what you do? you swing at me?
And as youve set it to debug eatmem upon joining your server if there banned, He told it for players protection.

I haven't spread V1.1, you did. V1.2 has been spread by a friend of yours.

Alex you say we need more modders. and that we should learn from complex mods.
But why are they all secured?
You talk about us shouldnt secure them while yours are secured.

I think you should release the sources. (i understand why source isnt out for CRD.)
Infact, Whatevers locked is unlockable and advban, it was going to get unveild at some point. It wont stay forever.
So this was going to happen at some point.
And youe started so much friction over this mod (v1,2)
Which wasnt even released!

We've been over this, A LOT of his sources are in the scripting society, including CRD, the anti cheating mod. If you have an interest you can PM Alex to join the Society.

It is merely a pre caution to stop people ripping his mods and re making them under their name, which has happened in the past.
