Omg incredible.. that alpha Post ist almost 5 years ago.. and I didn't respond to atrey's question yet..

Anyway.. that "fixed" MTL doesn't work as desired.. you can use it as normal MTL for gameplay but also for loading MTL-dependent maps in the Editor without it going to crash.
However, you can't use it properly for extending your mods on it. (at least as far as I remember)

Even though you say you have compiled it, let me tell you how I compiled it: I always use the DXMTLDummy with the MTLExtender executable (I am aware of the fixed DXMTL152b1, but I never used it myself).

Then, you need to have the EMMA package (in the EditPackages list) before ANNA.
So, your EditPackages would look like this:

It should compile without any error or warning (if I recall correctly, if it does, please paste it here!), and after compiling you need to run the MTLExtender executable on ANNA103.u

Today, I tried to compile again the ANNA103.

In my computer :

1. I put the 3 folders ANNA103, ANNASQ and EMMA100 in the main folder of DeusEx.

2. I copied DXMTLDummy.u and MTLExtender.exe in the system folder of DeusEx.

3. I opened a cmd windows and launched ucc make ---> 0 errors.

4. I find 2 new files ANNA103.u and EMMA100.u in the C:\DeusEx\System (and a waste ANNA103 without extension 0Ko ??)

5. I launched MTLExtender.exe : Filename ---> i put ANNA103.u ---> done

6. I launched MTLExtender.exe : Filename ---> i put EMMA100.u ---> done

In the server :

7. I copied the 2 files (i renamed them in ANNA103b2 n EMMA100b2) in the System folder.

8. I changed the lines in deusex.ini files :

Well, what did you expect to happen? You only compiled the mod, just as I did it before, without changing anything.
Of course it will fail on b2 if it also failed on b1 before.

Well, it's not impossible that I compiled it wrong but it's unlikely, since that technique of compiling was once my invention, lol..

Anyway, it's weird tho.. I'll check that on altfire now.

I have no idea what you're doing there..
I've just tried it on altfire with ANNA103b1 on DM and TDM and I was able to switch between frags and time.
I just typed admin set deusexmpgame victorycondition frags and it switched immediately.
