Nothing to do with the MS. A lot of servers are getting their plugs* pulled. There will be less and less throughout the winter.

*Plugs pulled does not refer to attack, it refers to funds being retracted from them, meaning less money meaning the inability to pay their hosts.

That doesn't explain how the server count kept going up and down. Just flick between my two shots to see what I mean....

There are a few hosts who will try and make due without the help of external funding. Hence the on and off of certain servers; simply changing hats, perhaps providers or something. Some of the servers that were missing aren't even paid, so that's just coincidence.

Yeah, ok, but what I mean is, over the course of an hour, it went from four servers, back to a full list, back to four servers, back to a full list, back to four servers, and back to a full list again.

that can happen... are you using MMuser140 etc... sometimes refreshing is necessary, or waiting longer for all servers to appear...

I've seen this recently, server list is not full, but restart dx it is full again.
